About the Role: We are looking for a 1st shift Raw Material Handler to join our team in Flagstaff, AZ. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating material and supplies onto the production floor, while maintaining agreed upon inventory levels. In addition, you must ensure and maintain accurate inventory records and use multiple systems to run reports and transactions. Standard working hours for this role will be Monday - Friday 6:00 am-2:30 pm
This role will be located at our facility in Flagstaff, Arizona.
Please note that evening, night and weekend shift positions are eligible for an additional $2/hour shift differential pay (in California, the shift differential pay is $2.40/hour).

Responsibilities:
- Perform all duties as outlined in the Raw Material Handler Standard Work
- Perform data collection / computer entry
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's)
- Work independently and within a team, as needed
- Develop and maintain strong interpersonal relationships across functions in order to support the execution of materials and manufacturing of medical devices
- Maintain and manage exception reports and dates in order to provide accurate visibility within the supply chain
- Understand the manufacturing processes and assist with the implementation of lean and continuous flow principles
- Work within Gore's ERP system (E1/ERP), Material Tracking Database and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) - AGILE
- Participate in Change Orders related to Raw Material systems or acceptance activities
Required Qualifications: - Experienced supporting manufacturing and supply chain
- Demonstrated detail-oriented and organized
- Demonstrated initiative and follow through
- Demonstrated communication skills, both verbal and written
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills by partnering with other associates involved in managing the supply chain
- Demonstrated ability to positively influence teammates and train others
- Ability to adapt and change to meet functional material handler needs
- Ability to self-direct, self-motivate and set priorities
- Ability to work independently and within a functional team
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as required
- Ability to Travel up to 5%
Desired Qualifications: - Experience in ERP/MPR, Agile and Microsoft systems
- Demonstrated knowledge of Operational Excellence (OPEX) tools
