Essential Functions
- Receive phone calls, texts, and emails for service requests
- Data entry of each service request
- Prepare a schedule of all service requests and assign the requests to field technicians, special inspectors and engineers
- Report preparation and distribution
- Information retrieval
- Coordinating the review of submittals
- Customer service
- Administrative functions such as filing, reception, etc., as needed
- Strong organization and planning skills
- Professional attitude and bearing
- Solid reading and comprehension skills
- Excellent oral and writing skills
- Proficient with Excel, Outlook, MS Word, Office, and Google Docs
- Previous construction industry experiences helpful but not required
- Be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening
- Having a valid driver's license and clean motor vehicle record is preferred but not required
