Essential Functions

  • Receive phone calls, texts, and emails for service requests
  • Data entry of each service request
  • Prepare a schedule of all service requests and assign the requests to field technicians, special inspectors and engineers
  • Report preparation and distribution
  • Information retrieval
  • Coordinating the review of submittals
  • Customer service
  • Administrative functions such as filing, reception, etc., as needed
Qualifications
  • Strong organization and planning skills
  • Professional attitude and bearing
  • Solid reading and comprehension skills
  • Excellent oral and writing skills
  • Proficient with Excel, Outlook, MS Word, Office, and Google Docs
  • Previous construction industry experiences helpful but not required
  • Be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening
  • Having a valid driver's license and clean motor vehicle record is preferred but not required
