The Patient Services Assistant, Sr. for Patient Services at Campus Health Services manages the front office operations and provides administrative support for Patient Services. The position requires a variety of advanced office/administrative skills related to the work unit; the ability to analyze and respond to administrative matters within established limits to ensure the departments needs are being met and that the CHS policies and procedures are being followed. This position is expected to communicate regularly with the Manager of Patient Services. Lead Administrator - 45% Manage front office operations. Assist with hiring and training of new staff and student workers. In absence of Manger, will be responsible for managing Patient services, ensuring adequate coverage for Patient Services and clinic, and make changes to accommodate clinic needs.
