Position Overview:
As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining high cleanliness standards throughout our resort properties. You will ensure compliance with our company mission statement and values.

Essential Functions:
Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation
• Strip units of soiled linens
• Remove trash from units
• Clean units including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, closets, and outdoor spaces
• Report clean units as vacant and ready for inspection
• Notify supervisors of maintenance issues and inventory needs
• Attend training sessions and apply learned skills
• Ensure a safe working environment
• Assist in addressing guest complaints promptly
• Work efficiently to meet deadlines
• Other duties as assigned

Experience and Education Requirements:

• Previous housekeeping experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to lift 25 pounds (with or without accommodation)
• Strong decision-making and planning skills
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills
• Punctuality and personal accountability
• A passion for cleanliness and customer service
• A strong work ethic and adaptability
• Willingness to work irregular hours
• Rare travel may be required
