Job Purpose

The Store Manager leads a team to deliver an exceptional guest experience, meet goals, and uphold brand standards. Key responsibilities include team leadership, guest service, business development, talent recruitment, scheduling, inventory management, and ensuring operational excellence.

Major Responsibilities

  • Ensure outstanding guest experiences by modeling and coaching store rules.
  • Set clear expectations for store readiness and guest service.
  • Develop and coach team members, conduct performance reviews, and foster a positive culture.
  • Build professional relationships with optical doctors and the retail team to grow business.
  • Recruit, schedule, and manage staffing levels based on business trends.
  • Oversee inventory, store policies, merchandising, and sales transactions.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years in customer service or retail.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, results-driven, critical thinking, selling skills, motivating others.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Opticianry License or ABO Certification.
  • 3+ years management or supervisory experience.
