Requirements:
2 to 5 years' experience with high volume recruiting
2 to 5 years of working with applicant tracking systems
Experience working with clients to understand job needs
Experience with compensation and salary negotiation
Quick learner, self-motivated
Workday experience
MS Office proficiency
