Trash Disposal: Empty trash receptacles and properly dispose of garbage in accordance with sanitation guidelines. Equipment Cleaning: Perform daily cleaning of dry storage areas, walk-in shelving, steam tables, hoods, and exhaust systems. Restocking: Restocking banquet equipment such as chaffing dishes, heat lamps, baskets, etc. Safe Work Practices: Follow all safety and sanitation protocols to maintain a secure working environment.
