This role is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of all public areas, amenities, and facilities to meet our 5-star standards. This role will also support resort operations by managing deliveries and assisting with event setup, ensuring an exceptional experience for residents and guests. Performance Objectives:Clean, sanitize, and stock resort restrooms, kitchens, and common areas. Maintain washers and dryers, including surface cleaning and lint removal. Sweep, vacuum, mop, wax, and buff floors as needed. Clean windows, screens, and ledges; ensure proper functionality. Maintain cleanliness and order in all offices; empty trash containers regularly. Receive and organize deliveries of food, beverages, and retail items. Assist with setup and breakdown of resort events and activities. Follow all safety procedures and report hazards, incidents, or defective equipment. Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
