What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Answer incoming calls and assist callers with questions related to the employer's academic and non-degree programs
• Respond to inquiries via telephone, live chat, and email, maintaining a log of activities
• Coach students on educational planning, including curriculum choices and financial assistance processes
• Coordinate with various college departments to resolve student issues and connect them with appropriate staff
  
• Conduct call campaigns to support recruitment, retention, and completion efforts

What is Required (Qualifications)

• An Associate degree from an accredited college
• Minimum of three years of experience in customer service
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
• Some knowledge of the employer's credit and non-credit programs and student services
• Ability to handle all situations with tact and diplomacy
