- Supporting independence, not just providing care.
- Cooking meals, creating routines, and celebrating victories-big and small.
- Providing a safe, supportive environment (and maybe learning a new hobby or two along the way).
- Helping with medications, personal care, mobility, and transportation.
- Encouraging fun!-outings, movies, shopping trips, walks, and more.
- Documenting successes and ensuring quality care every shift.

What You'll Need:
- Be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
- Pass a State of AZ Department of Public Safety background check.
- (Preferred) Valid Arizona Driver's License - help us keep people connected to their communities!
- A positive attitude, a big heart, and a strong commitment to making a difference.
