Maintenance Technician

Kingsmark Kennel & The Dog Wash

Kingsmark Kennel and The Dog Wash are seeking a reliable, hands-on Maintenance Technician to help keep our facilities safe, clean, and running smoothly. This position supports both locations and plays a key role in maintaining a high standard of care for our animals, customers, and staff.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine building maintenance and repairs.
• Basic plumbing, electrical, and mechanical troubleshooting.
• Maintain dog wash equipment, and kennel systems.
• Address minor carpentry, painting, and fixture repairs.
• Monitor facility condition and report larger repair needs.
• Maintain clean, safe, and functional indoor and outdoor areas.
• Coordinate with management on maintenance priorities.

• Previous maintenance or handyman experience preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot and perform basic repairs independently.
• Comfortable working around animals.
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Valid driver's license required, with proof.

• Flexible hours.
• On-call or scheduled maintenance as needed.
• Some weekend availability may be required.
