Hiring Bilingual Caregivers all across Arizona

As a bilingual caregiver, you'll have the opportunity to work with clients in their native language, building trust and enhancing their overall care experience.

Job Requirements:

• Complete Direct Support Worker (DSW) training (free and fully supported)

• Obtain CPR and First Aid certification (we'll help you find a course if needed)

• Be at least 18 years old

• Pass a background check and be able to obtain a level 1 fingerprint card

Job Duties:

• Provide personalized care, including personal care, meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping

• Offer general supervision and companionship to clients

• Accompany clients to medical appointments

• Create a supportive and engaging environment that fosters independence and well-being
