Sally Beauty - - Responsibilities: Hire, develop and lead all store associates; Oversee store operations and maintain brand standards; Develop strategies and plans to achieve KPIs and financial targets; Support the Store Manager in all areas outlined and responsible for primary duties when the Store Manager is not present; Ensure Omni-channel fulfillment and brand standards (merchandising, POGs, marketing, back rooms, dress code)
