Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and/or staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access guidance, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions.; Monitor entrances, storefront areas, and high-traffic spaces for policy compliance, assist with directions and general assistance, and report maintenance and/or security-related issues as needed.; Support closing and opening activities as assigned, check designated doors and gates, and communicate clearly with management, tenants, and/or first responders during incidents or operational needs.
