Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Travel Advisor, located in Flagstaff, AZ. The Travel Advisor will be responsible for managing client interactions, recommending and booking travel arrangements, curating personalized travel itineraries, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the planning process. In this position, the advisor will focus on delivering top-tier customer service, answering travel-related inquiries, and providing professional guidance on destinations, accommodations, and activities.

Qualifications

• must have traveled overseas to either Europe, Africa, South Pacific, Asia or South America
• Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure exceptional client experiences
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with clients and team members
• Experience with Travel Arrangements and a solid understanding of Travel Agency operations
• Attention to detail and the ability to create customized travel plans tailored to individual client needs
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
• Professional demeanor and a passion for travel
• Previous experience in the travel industry or certification as a Travel Agent is a plus
• Proficiency in travel booking systems or software is an advantage
