The Scion Group - 555 West Forest Meadows Street - Responsibilities: Maintain the physical condition of the property according to The Scion Groups Standard Operating Procedures, OSHA and Industrys; Respond to maintenance and repair service requests and perform preventive maintenance; Operate system monitoring/diagnostics and preventative testing for major building systems; Coordinate delivery and work schedules with vendors and contractors; Assure all service requests are completed
