What You'll Do

As a Front Line Sales Manager, you will:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Front Line Sales Team
  • Drive daily resort sales operations and revenue performance
  • Assist Sales Associates in finalizing and closing deals
  • Maintain required VPG and closing metrics
  • Ensure presentations are delivered according to company standards
  • Create excitement and urgency with both clients and team members
  • Protect the company by upholding policies, compliance, and industry regulations
  • Deliver a culture of accountability, integrity, and results

This is a hands-on leadership role you're on the floor, coaching, closing, and pushing performance forward every day.

What It Takes to Win

Required:

  • Active Sedona Real Estate License
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Front-Line Sales Associate
  • Proven ability to maintain required VPG and sales volume
