Ponderosa Pines Resort — Parks, AZ (Near Flagstaff)

Ponderosa Pines Resort is a modern cabin and glamping retreat set among the towering pines of Northern Arizona, just outside Flagstaff. Designed as a place to slow down and reconnect, the property blends thoughtful architecture with natural surroundings — featuring private hot tubs, a communal sauna and cold plunge, and curated outdoor spaces. More than just a stay, Ponderosa Pines is an experience rooted in nature, wellness, and intentional hospitality.

We're looking for someone who lives hospitality — someone who cares about the details, takes pride in beautiful spaces, and wants to create unforgettable guest experiences while building and leading their own team. This is a hands-on leadership role with real ownership.

What You'll Own

You are responsible for everything that happens on property:

Guest Experience

  • Create a 5-star stay guests rave about
  • Build real connections with guests and personalize their experience
  • Own and improve the resort's reviews and reputation

Property & Operations

  • Maintain cabins, amenities, and grounds to a high standard
  • Oversee vendors, maintenance, and daily operations
  • Catch and fix issues before guests ever notice

Team & Culture

  • Hire, train, and lead the on-site team
  • Set the tone for hospitality, accountability, and energy
  • Build a team that genuinely enjoys creating great experiences

Compensation

  • Base: $50K–$70K (depending on experience)
  • Bonus: Target ~40% (uncapped)
  • Complimentary stays (10 nights/year)
  • Flexible PTO (performance-based)
  • Potential on-site housing
  • Growth within a fast-scaling hospitality portfolio

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years in hospitality, resort, or boutique property management
  • Experience leading small teams
  • Strong guest-first mindset
  • Comfortable managing budgets and operations
  • Willing to live on-site or nearby

Bonus Points

  • Experience with cabins, glamping, or short-term rentals
  • Facilities or property maintenance knowledge
  • Passion for nature, wellness, and hospitality

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
