In the broadest sense, it is the Forest Highlands Security Officer's duty to endeavor to protect all persons and property within the confines of Forest Highlands Golf Club. Specifically, the duties and functions may include but are not limited to the following. Essential Functions: - Primary responsibility is to work in the community entrance gatehouse (answer/make phone calls, process visitors into the community, monitor alarm and email computers, monitor radio traffic for the Security Dept. and dispatch officers accordingly, and have great customer service skills while performing department duties; - Enforce Forest Highland's rules and regulations; - Observe and report unsafe, illegal, irregular, or unusual conditions; - Attempt to correct or report to proper authorities in the event of unsafe or illegal activities; - Observe, control and document guest/visitor entry into Forest Highlands' property; - Utilize the dwelling.
