MasterCorp - - Responsibilities: Provide leadership, motivation, accountability, and development of MasterCorp personnel at the site.; Monitor KPIs for Quality, Timeliness, and Budget and drive target achievement.; Manage performance of staff, including coaching, development, and disciplinary actions as needed.; Coordinate with resort management and key staff to maintain strong relationships and effective communication.; Ensure adherence to policies and procedures and maintain a safe, inclusive work environment.
